Loan-to-value ratio
(LTV)
отношение суммы кредита к рыночной (или оценочной) стоимости залога. Чем ниже этот коэффициент, тем больше вероятность того, что при обращении взыскания выручка от продажи залога покроет расходы кредитора по предоставленной ссуде.
