риск того, что способность заемщика выполнять свои обязательства изменится в связи с серьезными непредвиденными изменениями на рынке, такими как стихийные бедствия, техногенные катастрофы, значительные изменения в регулировании, сделки по слиянию/поглощению или реструктуризации или другие изменения, вероятность наступления которых не может быть оценена при помощи стандартных методов кредитного анализа.
