Advance Rate
(авансовое отношение)
отношение первоначального размера займа на приобретение автомобиля к его розничной или оптовой цене. Авансовое отношение эквивалентно отношению размера кредита к стоимости предмета залога (Loan to Value ratio
LTV) в жилищном ипотечном кредитовании и показывает, насколько имущество, обеспечивающее кредит, является собственностью заемщика. Чем выше значение авансового отношения, тем меньше собственных средств использовал заемщик и тем меньше защиты имеет кредитор в силу обеспечения.
