Secondary Market
(вторичный рынок)
рынок, на котором уже выпущенные ценные бумаги торгуются (в отличие от первичного рынка, где ценные бумаги размещаются). Обычно обращение ценных бумаг осуществляется через посредника, например организованную площадку или биржу.
