ипотечный кредит, у которого процентная ставка переустанавливается через регулярные периоды времени. Переустановка значения ставки производится в соответствии с заранее определенным критерием. Как правило, процентная ставка по ИКПС привязана к объективному официально публикуемому индексу, выраженному в форме процентной ставки.
